The Carmel Valley Community
The Carmel Valley Community is full of worthy organizations deserving our support:
Carmel Valley Community Center - Started in 1950 by a group of residents who wished to help develop a place for youth activities, the Center has been operated and supported by the community. Please visit their website and support this valuable activity by becoming a member.
Garland Ranch Regional Park - The 541 acre William M. Garland ranch was the Monterey Peninsula Regional Park District's first open space acquisition and is truly one of the gems of the Monterey Peninsula. If you haven't spent time on the park's extensive trails, you are missing out.
The Friends of the Carmel Valley Library - The library in Carmel Valley is a branch of the Monterey County Free Libraries. The Friends of the Carmel Valley Library was founded in 1967 to help buffer the Carmel Valley branch from the uncertainties of tax funding. Stop by the library and pick up a Membership form.
